Update on #StormDarragh
PostedWeather warnings for wind and rain are still in force across North Wales and will remain in place until early tomorrow morning.
A multi-agency response to clear fallen trees and debris from roads and other public areas will be recommence tomorrow (8th December), during daylight hours.
We would like to remind the public to take care whilst out and about tomorrow.
Although less severe, weather warnings will remain in place and there will be a risk of trees and roof tiles, which may have been weakened by the storm, falling.
Superintendent Owain Llewellyn said “I would like to thank the public for heeding the advice of the Emergency Services during Storm Darragh. Your support has allowed us to dispatch resources to incidents and areas most in need and provide an effective emergency response during difficult circumstances. I am also extremely grateful to our partners for their ongoing hard work across north Wales.”
