Crews from Deeside, Flint, Mold, Holywell, St Asaph, Corwen, the Environmental Protection Unit from Wrexham and a crew from Chester attended a fire involving a large quantity of cardboard and plastic at a recycling centre on Deeside Industrial Estate last night.

The initial call was received at 17.37 yesterday, and crews were in attendance until 02.30 this morning.

A crew from Deeside will be attending the site to re inspect this morning.
