North Wales Fire and Rescue Service were called to a report of a fire in a property on Sussex Street in Rhyl at 00.02am today, Wednesday 19^th November.

Crews from Rhyl used two sets of breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet to enter the property.

Sadly, the body of a male was found in the property.

A joint investigation by North Wales Fire and Rescue Service and North Wales Police is now underway.
